Q1. What are some of your favourite memories from your time at NMIMS?

Ans. My favourite memories are with my batchmates and my juniors, who are like a family to me, and I am still in touch with them. I also recall the old college building from my time. Now when I come here, I see the new, transformed building.

Q2. Any turning point that you feel has shaped your career or life?

Ans. None in particular. There have been many turns that I have taken during my career path, and I have always followed by heart. I have been successful with these turns and I am happy with how they have turned out.

Q3. How do you manage to strike a balance between your personal and professional lives?

Ans. I strongly believe that one should maintain a balance between one’s
personal life and career. I am very active in following my passions. I make
sure I maintain my health, and also take time out to travel. Career is definitely important, but it should not come at the cost of your health and your peace of mind.

Q4. Any advice you would like to give to the budding managers at NMIMS?

Ans. It’s extremely important to build and maintain relationships with people. My advice will be to always focus on building connections and taking people along with you, building mutually beneficial relationships.
